Job Context

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare details working drawing with specification & information etc.
• Obtain and assemble data to complete architectural designs, visiting job sites to compile measurements as necessary.
• Making perspective (3D) view and animation of building/structure.
• Build landscape, architectural and display models.
• Organize complete set of drawings and supply to implementation unit.
• Make necessary modification, if any, considering the site requirements.
• Prepare drawings for different Govt. and Local Authorities for approval.
• Entering, transcribing, recording, storing, or maintaining information & drawing in written or electronic/magnetic form.
• Coordinate structural, electrical and mechanical designs with architectural design solution.
• Operate computer-aided drafting equipment or conventional drafting station to produce designs, working drawings, charts, forms and records.
• Prepare as built design of completed projects.
• SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Educational Requirements

• Diploma in Architecture from any recognized University/ Institute

Experience Requirements

• At least 2 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Auto cad 2D & 3D Max, Animation
• Effective Communication
• Knowledge on RAJUK & Other design approval authorities rules and regulations.
• Design Standards.
• Dealing with complex environment
• Facilitating and encouraging open communication in the team
• Informed and transparent decision making
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team and to develop networks and collaborations accordingly.
• Minimum 2 years experience in related Architectural farm.
